Had a great time with my friends! The rooms were comfy and we loved the close proximity to fun spots like the art museum and a popular shopping district. Just a heads up, they are doing some renovations, so a few amenities weren’t available. Overall, we had an awesome stay and I'd recommend it for a group trip!
One downside was the lack of dining options during our stay. The restaurant was closed, which made it tricky to find meals, especially after a long day out.

I had a great 3-night stay with clean and cozy rooms, and the bar's delightful white mocha latte really hit the spot! The breakfast options were tasty, but pretty basic.

Those homemade biscuits were a game changer! Plus, the location was a win for grabbing some local bites nearby.
Now, let’s chat about the A/C drama. It was hot, then icy — a real rollercoaster! And that outdated TV setup? Definitely not what you expect from a Hilton.

I truly enjoyed the elegant decor and spacious lobby, which provided ample seating for relaxation. The friendly staff made my stay even more pleasant, ensuring my needs were met with a smile. Great accessibility for seniors.
More accessible features for seniors would be beneficial.

missingWrote a review on 18 Aprelevator issues
The elevator system was a hassle, as my key consistently failed to access the 9th floor, necessitating assistance from the front desk for a ride. Additionally, the room had issues like a moldy smell initially, and I had to switch rooms due to that discomfort. The walls felt thin since I could hear my neighbor's television, which made relaxation a bit tricky. On top of that, the A/C didn’t work right during my stay, leading to some fluctuation in room temperature.

It was just an excellent fit for an overnight stay in Dallas with best value for money ratio. They opened their kitchen and supplied us dinner when we were snowed in, which was a nice surprise. Make sure to check if any amenities are available during your stay.

Great location and friendly staff!
I had a pleasant stay with a very comfortable room and loved the proximity to numerous dining options. The staff were attentive, especially the valet, who helped make my experience enjoyable. However, I wish there could have been more consistent communication about available amenities.

I recently visited this Hilton in Dallas and had some ups and downs. The room was well-appointed and incredibly comfortable. The bed was my favorite part, fantastic for a restful night. Staff members were attentive and cheerful, making the check-in process a breeze. I loved the elegant decor throughout the hotel, especially in the lobby. The location is ideal for accessing nearby restaurants and activities. However, the valet parking fee was quite steep at $39, which was frustrating. Also, while I appreciated the quick room service, it lacked basic essentials like napkins and silverware. On the second day, I noticed some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which could use better soundproofing. Overall, while I enjoyed my stay, a few service aspects left room for improvement.
